In order to meet food-ordering deadlines, all menu choices must be completed 5-days prior to the catering event. This includes menu choices and type of services.

凡訂購美食到會需要在5天前預訂,包括食品及服務。

Final menu choices and type of services MUST be guaranteed before noon, 3-business days preceding the event. Otherwise, no changes are allowed to be made.

凡訂購了美食到會之食品及服務,必須在3天前的中午12:00確實訂購的內容。否則該訂單的內容不能修改。

Once online payment is made by VISA, MASTERCARD or PayPal, no refund can be made.

當網上繳付成功,VISA、MasterCard或PayPal不會作任何退款。

If deposit payment has been made and the catering service order needs to be cancelled, a refund process can only be made 3-days prior to the catering event, otherwise no refund will be settled whatsoever. A 10% handling fee on deposit transaction amount or a minimum of HKD100 will be deducted, a cheque will be mailed via registered mail service within 30-days to the payee only.

若需要取消已繳款的美食到會,必須在3天前通知。否則任何退款不獲接受。有關退款的手續費定為已繳款的按金之10%或最少港幣$100。該退款將會在30天內以支票及掛號信方式郵寄,並只能退回給繳款者。

Ordering catering food and service through our online website “www.yummykitchen.com.hk”, all deposit payment must be completed through VISA, MasterCard, PayPal or bank transfer, otherwise online catering order will not be proceeded.

凡在本公司的網站(www.yummykitchen.com.hk)訂購美食到會,有關繳付訂購的訂金必須經VISA, MasterCard, PayPal或銀行入數紙方法繳付。否則網上訂購的內容不會處理。

In case of black rainstorm and Number 8 storm/typhoon or above, the catering service can be postponed to no greater than 30-days. Otherwise, no refunds will be made whatsoever.

若遇上天氣問題,只包括香港天文台發出的黑色暴雨警告及8號熱帶氣旋/颱風警告信號或以上,當日的美食到會可延期至30天內。否則不作任何退款。

Due to food safety issue, all food must be consumed within an hour after delivered, whether or not food warmers are available. Any leftover food should be dispose immediately. Our Company is not liable for any incidents if this guideline is not strictly followed.

為了食品安全事故,不論有熱爐或沒有熱爐的提供,所有食品必須在1小時內進食。若該條例沒有嚴格執行,本公司不會負責任何事故。
